Peter Siddle has claimed Australia's first Test hat-trick in 10 years to leave England reeling at 7-197 during the final session of the first day of the opening Ashes Test.
Siddle dismissed Alistair Cook, Matt Prior and Stuart Broad in consecutive balls in his 13th over to mark his 26th birthday in the best possible way.
It is the first Australian test hat-trick since Glenn McGrath completed the feat against the West Indies in Perth in December 2000. It is the first from any Test player since March 2008.
He joins Warne, Hugh Trumble and Fred Spofforth as the only Australians to take a hat-trick in an Ashes Test.
