2010 Sri Lanka tour of Australia Queensland vs Sri Lankans play 50-over warm-up match at the Gabba on Friday.

Played at Brisbane Cricket Ground, Woolloongabba, Brisbane
22 October 2010 - day/night

The Sri Lankans will be viewing the Gabba clash – their first of three practice games - as a great opportunity to acclimatise to Australian conditions ahead of an International Twenty20 clash and their three-game Commonwealth Bank Series.

For the Bulls, the match against a quality one-day side shapes as a tough test before flying north to Townsville for their third Ryobi One-Day Cup match against South Australian on Sunday.

With the revised 45-over split-innings format being used in Australia domestic competition, Queensland will need to readjust to the traditional rules of the 50-over game.

Cameron Boyce is the only inclusion to the Bulls line-up that lost to Victoria last Saturday, replacing beanpole quick Cameron Gannon who is being rested ahead of Sunday's game.

Although likely to be named as 12th man, Boyce becomes the first Bulls wrist-spinner to be selected in a one-dayer since Trevor Hohns played in the final of the 1990-91 season.

Queensland Bulls: Chris Simpson (c), Cameron Boyce, Ryan Broad, Lee Carseldine, Jason Floros, Chris Hartley, Ben Laughlin, Chris Lynn, Craig Philipson, Nathan Reardon, Nathan Rimmington, Chris Swan (12th man to be named)
