He gave NSW all-rounder Moises Henriques a torrid time before quashing fears about his Ashes selection by declaring: "I'm 100 per cent. 100 per cent feeling good, 100 per cent everything."
Australia's opening batsman Simon Katich wore a protective brace on his broken left thumb during a session of his own. Katich batted without discomfort but again declined to face proper bowling. Throwdowns were it.
Katich is yet to have a real net session since returning from India last month.
"Feeling good," Katich said. "I saw the hand specialist yesterday. It's coming along nicely. It's really good. It's hard to describe, but it feels a lot better than it was."
Katich played the two Tests against India without knowing his thumb had been broken in a tour game at Chandigarh. "Apparently it happens a lot with skiers," he said. "They call it skier's thumb."
Bollinger was impressive in his 90-minute workout. He came off the long run, grunting with every delivery, hitting good pace.
It was a good sign for the selectors, who will on Monday choose the squad for the first Test. The attack is likely to be made up of Bollinger, Ben Hilfenhaus, Mitchell Johnson and Nathan Hauritz, although Ryan Harris and Peter Siddle are also in contention, while Peter George performed well on Thursday against the England XI in Adelaid.
